An RMA request form is available to facilitate and speed up any repairs.

KONTRON industrial PCs are warrantied for 2 years, parts and labor. The +1 year and +2 year warranty extensions are optional.
PANASONIC laptops are warrantied for 3 years, parts and labor (Excluding Battery 6 months warranty).
GETAC laptops are warrantied for 5 years, parts and labor (Excluding Battery 6 months warranty).
Acces I / O products are warrantied for 3 years, parts and labor.
Elexis products are warrantied for 1 year, parts and labor. +1 year, +2 year and +3 year warranty extensions are available as an option.
